Ottawa Fusion Volleyball Club

The Ottawa Fusion Volleyball Club would like to invite all members in good standing* to our 2023-24 Annual General Meeting.

This meeting is exclusive to members 18+ or parent designates of Ottawa Fusion athletes for the 2023-24 competitive season. If you did not play Fusion Competitive volleyball in the 2023-24 OVA season, please do not register.

The meeting will be held via Zoom on Tuesday August 27th at 7:30PM. A Zoom link will be sent to all verified registrants prior to the meeting.

*A “member in good standing” refers to an individual who is part of an organization, association, or group and who meets all the obligations and requirements necessary to maintain active and favorable membership status. This typically includes:

1. Payment of Dues or Fees: The member has paid all required dues, fees, or other financial obligations on time.
2. Compliance with Rules and Regulations: The member adheres to the organization’s bylaws, code of conduct, and other rules or policies.
3. Active Participation: The member may also need to participate in the organization’s activities, meetings, or events as required.
4. No Disciplinary Actions: The member is not currently subject to any disciplinary actions, suspensions, or sanctions within the organization.
